I love blue. It's my favourite colour and if I could have my way, I'd probably use it in every room of our home. I'm especially fond of this girl's room, designed by Windsor Smith, which uses blue in a very feminine way.

Love the turquoise tone to it. I love some blues especially cobalt, navy and royal but pale blue is my least favourite colour...you know the one all the newborn baby clothes are in...?! Ew!

My bedroom is actually an almost turquoise-blue and black combo...I love it. I really like it with a deep brown- in fact, if I ever had a girl that's what I was going to go with :)

My daughter's room was blue from age 2-4 and it was great. The blue tempered all the pink crap, and the blue-pink-red-white combo was really cheerful and fresh. The blue room pictured is really pretty although I think it's a little formal and monochromatic for a kid...but it would carry into young adulthood so easily that I don't mind it.
