Today, I'd like to introduce you to 14 month old twins Oliver and Lorelai from The City Cradle. Their mum Victoria somehow found the time to take a week's worth of adorable photographs of her two cuties in between caring for them and writing her lovely blog.
Victoria describes her children's style as reclaimed. A lot of their clothing is purchased from thrift stores and they have also have been given boxes of hand me downs. This first gorgeous shot is from a Christmas card picture. Both style children are wearing Zutano red baby bottoms, Old Navy scarves and thrifted winter boots.
The second outfits are off the rack from Target. Oliver wears a sweater and skinny jeans from Hooray by Cynthia Rowley and Lorelai wears a plaid skirt and ruffled cardigan from Cherokee. Both outfits are finished off with Converse shoes.
Here Lorelai wears thrifted Old Navy cords, a hand me down Cherokee navy blue polka dot silk shirt and a yellow hair flower by Simply Mae. Oliver wears a thrifted Old Navy sailor's jacket and Anthropologie Kids beanie with a pair of Gap Baby frog sneakers.
Oliver wears thrifted plaid Old Navy pants, a Baby Gap Old man's sweater with elbow patched and his Daddy's tie. Lorelai wears a Baby Gap pink sweater, Old Navy Blue polka dot dress, thrifted pink plush winter boots and her Mummy's scarf.
Victoria said adding a piece of clothing from their parents wardrobes always makes Oliver and Lorelai's day.
Victoria certainly knows how to find a bargain - here both children wear clearance Target shirts scored for 60 cents! They're teamed with Gap jeans and hats made by a friend.
When buying items for her twins, Victoria loves the Anthropologie Kids line, Simple Mae, Baby Hank and Zutano. When she is buying twin coordinating sets off the rack, Victoria says you can't beat the Gap family - especially Old Navy.
I love the print in Lorelai's photograph. It says "Love is when a girl puts on perfme and a boys puts on shaving cologne and they go out and smell each other."
Lorelai wears a dress handmade by her grandmother from a Little fish in a big pond pattern. Oliver is wearing a thrifted Jack & Jane outfit with old navy salmon undershirt.
Finally, these are Victoria's favourite matching 'twin' pyjamas ever from Gap.
Thank you Victoria for sharing a week's worth of Oliver and Lorelai's style with us.
